The Alden Plain Toe Blucher Color 8 Shell Cordovan are shoes finished by the master craftsmen at the Alden company, whose expertise is admired by shoemakers and cobblers the world over.
Using the centuries-old method of pure vegetable tanning combined with a hand finish, the Horween tannery is the only one to produce the excellence of genuine shell cordovan, an exceptional artisanal art.
The tanning process takes six full months and results in leather with an incomparable softness and feel, as well as excellent durability.
